CITIZEN SPEAKING: UPPಗೆ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಯಾಗಿ ಬರುವವರ ಗಮನಕ್ಕೆ.
1. ದ್ರಡ ಪ್ರಾಮಾಣಿಕನಾಗಿರ ಬೇಕು.
He or She must be Definite Honest.
2. ಮಾನಸಿಕ ಪ್ರಭುದ್ದನಾಗಿರ ಬೇಕು.
He/She must be mentally sound.
3. ಅವನ/ಅವಳ ಮೇಲೆ ಯಾವುದೆ ಕ್ರಿಮಿನಲ್ ಮೊಕದ್ದಮೆ ಇರಬಾರದು.
He/She must not be involved with any Criminal Activity and Criminal Case.
4. ಅವನಿಗೆ/ಅವಳಿಗೆ ಕನ್ನಡ ಅಥವಾ ಇಂಗ್ಲೀಷ್ ಭಾಷೆ ಮಾತನಾಡಲು, ಬರೆಯಲು ಹಾಗು ಓದಲು ಬರಬೇಕು. ಕನ್ನಡ ಹಾಗು ಇಂಗ್ಲೀಷ್ ಎರಡು ಬಂದರೆ ಉತ್ತಮ.
He/She must be able to write, read and speak Kannada or English. If both the languages known, it will be ideal.
5. ಅವನು/ಅವಳು ಭಾರತದ ಪ್ರಜೆಯಾಗಿರ ಬೇಕು ಹಾಗು ಕರ್ನಾಟಕದಲ್ಲಿ ವಾಸವಾಗಿದ್ದು, ಕರ್ನಾಟಕದ ವೋಟರ್ ಐಡಿ ಹೊಂದಿರಬೇಕು.
He/She must be Indian Citizen and Resident of Karnataka having Voter ID in Karnataka.
6. ಅವನು/ಅವಳು ಯಾವುದೇ ರಾಜಕೀಯಾ ಪಕ್ಷದ ಪದಾಧಿಕಾರಿ ಅಥವಾ ಕಾರ್ಯಕರ್ತನಾಗಿರ ಬಾರದು. ಒಂದು ವೇಳೆ ಇದ್ದಿದ್ದರೆ, ಅದಕ್ಕೆ ರಾಜಿನಾಮೆ ಪತ್ರ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಿದ ರುಜುವಾತು ಕೊಡಬೇಕು.
He/She must not be a Office bearer or Active worker of any Political Party. If so, he must submit the proof of leaving that party.
7. ಅವನು/ಅವಳು ಉತ್ತಮ ಪ್ರಜಾಕೀಯಾ ಪಕ್ಷ( UPP)ದ ಸಂಪೂರ್ಣ ತತ್ವ ಒಪ್ಪಿ ಕೊಂಡಿರ ಬೇಕು.
He/She must have accepted the complete Principle of Uttama Prajaakeeya Party(UPP).
8. ಅವನು/ಅವಳು ಯಾವುದೆ ಸ್ವಂತ ಆಸೆ-ಅಕಾಂಕ್ಷೆ ಅಥವಾ ಪ್ರತೀಷ್ಟೆಗಾಗಿ, UPP ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗೆ ಅರ್ಜಿ ಹಾಕಬಾರದು.
He/She must not apply for candidature for his Personal Ambition or Personal Image.
9. ಒಂದು ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರ ಹಾಗು ಅದೇ ಜವಾಬ್ದಾರಿಗೆ, ಒಂದರಿಂದ ಜಾಸ್ತಿ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಬಂದಲ್ಲಿ, ಅವರಲ್ಲಿ ಉತ್ತಮರೆಂದು ಪಾರ್ಟಿ ಪರಿಗಣಿಸಿದ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗೆ ಅವಕಾಶ ನೀಡಲಾಗುವುದು.
Same Constituency and Same Position, if one or more candidates apply, the best one will be considered.
10. ಉತ್ತಮ ಪ್ರಜಾಕೀಯಾ ಪಕ್ಷದ ಇಂಟರ್ವೂ ಪೆನೆಲ್ನ ನಿರ್ಧಾರವೇ ಅಂತಿಮ.

1. MLA ಹಾಗು MPಗೆ ತನ್ನ ಹಾಗು ತನ್ನ ಕುಟುಂಬದ ಜೀವನ ಆರಾಮವಾಗಿ ನಡೆಸುವಷ್ಟು ಸಂಭಾವನೆ ಸಿಗುವುದು ಹಾಗು 5 ವರ್ಷದ ನಂತರ ಪಿಂಚಣಿಯೂ ಸಿಗುವುದು. ಸುಮಾರು MLA ಗೆ 28 ಲಕ್ಷ ಹಾಗು MPಗೆ 38 ಲಕ್ಷ ವಾರ್ಷಿಕ ಸಂಭಾವನೆ ಸಿಗುವುದು.
ಆದ್ದರಿಂದ MLA & MP ಗೆ ಉತ್ತಮ ಪ್ರಜಾಕೀಯಾ ಪಕ್ಷದ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿ ಆರಿಸಿ ಬಂದರೆ, ಅವನು/ಅವಳು ಮೊದಲಿನ ನೌಕರಿ ಅಥವಾ ವ್ಯವಹಾರಕ್ಕೆ ಕೂಡಲೆ ರಾಜಿನಾಮೆ ಕೊಡಬೇಕು. ಅಷ್ಟರವರೆಗೆ ತಮ್ಮ – ತಮ್ಮ ಕೆಲಸ- ವ್ಯವಹಾರ ಬಿಡ ಬಾರದು. ನಿಮ್ಮ ಕುಟುಂಬವೂ ನಮ್ಮ ಪ್ರಜೆಗಳು ಹಾಗು ಅವರಿಗೆ ಸಂಕಟವಾಗಬಾರದು.
MLA’s & MP’s are getting more than 30 Lakhs & 38 Lakhs per year Salary and other benefits. And also, after 5 years, they will get Pension for life.
Therefore, All MLA & MP Candidates standing for Election from Uttama Prajaakeeya Party must resign their job or business, if they get elected by people of the State. Until then, no one must leave their job. Your families also our Citizen’s and do not put them in difficulties.
2. ಆದರೆ ಗ್ರಾಮ ಪಂಚಾಯಿತಿ, ತಾಲೂಕು ಪಂಚಾಯಿತಿ, ಜಿಲ್ಲಾ ಪಂಚಾಯಿತಿ, ಕೌನ್ಸಿಲರ್ ಹಾಗು ಕಾರ್ಪರೇಟರ್ಗೆ ಕೇವಲ ₹ 1,000 ದಿಂದ ₹7500 ಸಂಭಾವನೆ ಸಿಗುವುದು. ಇದು ಫುಲ್ ಟೈಮ್ ಕೆಲಸವೂ ಅಲ್ಲ.
ಆದ್ದರಿಂದ ಉತ್ತಮ ಪ್ರಜಾಕೀಯಾ ಪಕ್ಷದ ಆರಿಸಿ ಬಂದ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಯು ತನ್ನ ನೌಕರಿ ಅಥವಾ ವ್ಯವಹಾರಕ್ಕೆ ರಾಜಿನಾಮೆ ಕೊಡುವುದು ಬೇಡ. ತನ್ನ ಕುಟುಂಬದ ಜೀವಾನಾಂಶಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಅವುಗಳನ್ನು ಖಂಡಿತಾ ಉಳಿಸಿ ಕೊಳ್ಳಬೇಕು.
ಖಂಡಿತಾ ಇವುಗಳಿಗೆ ಆರಿಸಿ ಬರುವವರಿಗೆ ತನ್ನ ಕುಟುಂಬವನ್ನು ನಡೆಸುವಷ್ಟು ಬೇರೆ ಆದಾಯ ಇರಲೇ ಬೇಕು.
But, Grama Panchayat, Taluka Panchayat, Zilla Panchayat, Councillor and Corporator are getting only ₹1,000 ನಿಂದ ₹ 7500 Salary per month and it is not good enough to run one’s own life and family.
It is not even full time responsibilities also.
Therefore, Candidates interested in standing for election from UPP for Grama Panchayat, Taluka Panchayat, Zilla Panchayat, Councillor and Corporator must not resign from their present job or business, inspite of getting elected by people. UPP does not want to put their family into difficulties, since they are also our Citizen’s.
ನೆನಪಿರಲಿ, ಉತ್ತಮ ಪ್ರಜಾಕೀಯಾ ಪಕ್ಷ ಭ್ರಷ್ಟಾಚಾರದ ನಿರ್ಮೂಲನೆಗಾಗಿ ಬಂದಿರುವುದು. ಇಲ್ಲಿ ಯಾವುದೇ ಭ್ರಷ್ಟಾಚಾರದಲ್ಲಿ ಕೈ ಜೋಡಿಸಿದರೆ, ಅವರನ್ನು ಪಾರ್ಟಿಯಿಂದ ಪರ್ಮನೆಂಟ್ಲಿ ತೆಗೆದು ಹಾಕಲಾಗುವುದು.
Remember, Uttama Prajaakeeya Party’s main aim is to eradicate Corruption. If any UPP Elected Member involves in Corruption, he/she will be removed from the Party permanently.
